*Role: DWH Specialist* *Location – Minneapolis, MN* *Duration – 6 + Months* *(Only GC, Ctzn)* Establishes and enforces data warehousing standards, determines data warehousing strategy, and selects data tools and techniques to devise solutions. Assists in determining data warehousing strategy; selecting tools and techniques, including middleware, data cleansing tools and/or data management systems Provide the solution to data and client issues and other matters of significance and to meet business needs. Conducts routine research into new data warehouse applications and determines viability for adoption. Evaluates existing subject areas stored in the data warehouse and determines where data should be stored. Assists in one or more components of the overall architecture of the data warehouse system. Assists in establishing and enforcing data warehousing standards at the client site to meet client requirements and business needs. Experience with relational databases, programming concepts, statistical software and data warehousing standards, strategies and tools. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills.
