Title: Trainer/Implementation Support posted on 2014-06-10 19:30:38 Job Description:*Title: Trainer/Implementation Support* *Location: Camp Hill, PA* *Duration: 6-8 months* *Responsibilities/Required Skills* Training Material Development • Previous experience with training material development of web-based applications required • Ability to quickly learn new training material development tools and templates • Ability to balance the development of a variety of materials for multiple courses at one time • Conduct quality reviews on content/text/functionality for training materials *Training Delivery* • Previous experience in instructor-led training of web-based applications required • Ability to delivery small group train-the-trainer sessions as well as large group end-user training in a classroom setting • Ability to incorporate different materials into training delivery (simulations, manuals, exercises, etc.) • Experience using a training environment or “sandbox” environment during classroom training • Knowledge of and experience with UPK, IBM Learning Management System, SAP Learning Management Solution is preferred • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic environment and remain in control in challenging situations • Ability to identify obstacles, analyze potential solutions, and determine next steps • Must be able to travel within Pennsylvania *Communications Support* • Clear and succinct presentation, communication, and facilitation skills required • Computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), email, and internet navigation is required • Management of a Resource Account through MS Outlook 2007 for distributing project communications • Creation and maintenance of distribution lists for thousands of email recipients • Ability to develop and format newsletter templates *Implementation Support* • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of the system to provide accurate solutions to users • Provide excellent customer service to users who have questions or problems regarding the use and functions of the new system • Research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone calls, email, faxes, and callbacks in a timely manner • Must be able to write clearly and concisely in order to communicate system issues as well as to maintain How-To Guides and other system documentation as required • Must be able to follow procedures as well as identify and suggest needed changes to procedures • A congenial telephone presence and a positive/cooperative attitude is required *Click here to view full job description and apply <http://ejobsville.com/display-job/187036> (Registration not mandatory to apply for this job)* ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
