Provide technical leadership across the projects assigned. Focus on Web design and development including Cold Fusion, Java / J2EE, Groovy on Grails, Responsive Design and Mobile. Practitioners of the IT Application Development profession primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications. Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications. Contributes strategic vision to the business unit and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding IT application development. Recognized across the organization for IT application development expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex IT application development problems. Undertakes the most complex IT application development projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units. Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.
