*Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: $55/hr on C2C* *Face 2 Face Required* *Visa: GC/Citizen * *Job Description:* • 8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience. • Installation, configuration, customization & product support of Oracle Database 8i, 9i, 10g, 11g. • Experience in the upgrade of Oracle GRID (CRS) and Database: 10g R2, 11g R2. • Experience in patching, upgrading and cloning Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). • Experience in Database Export/Import, Backup/Recovery. • Experience in implementation and maintenance of 'High Availability' RAC Oracle Database and Application server Architecture. • Expert knowledge in Recovery Manager (RMAN) • Experience working on different flavors of UNIX (AIX, LINUX), • Good working knowledge in upgrades. • Very good verbal and written communication skills. • Design storage strategies around backup and recovery for complex database environments, physical structures, and specialized database applications Maintaining up-to-date plans for disaster recovery and fail over capabilities.
