We are seeking for Business development Manager in the IT
Staffing/Consulting Industry for our *OFFSHORE office Hyderabad, India.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for consistently
increasing branch revenue through the generation of new business,
identifying and securing additional business opportunities with existing
customers and establishing client for life relationships through complete
client qualification and needs analysis; and outstanding service results.

·         NEW Client development and  Placements

·         Actively campaign target accounts- heavy outside sales

·         Complete Recruitment and US staffing Knowledge

·         Continue to develop Relationship with new Staffing Vendors.

·         Maintain minimum standards and increase sales for
temporary/contract Placement billing and full-time cash-in

·         Interface with clients to identify needs, present solutions and
to obtain new job orders.

·         Coordinate with Offshore Head and *recruitment* team to support
and develop client account Increase the Sales Growth

·         The BDM will generate New *leads* through research, networking,
prospecting and cold calling, both in the IT & Engineering field

·         BDM will be held accountable to meeting minimum requirements for
weekly, monthly and quarterly Targets

*Skills/Qualifications*:

·         Minimum 3 – 7 years of Expertise in US staffing

·         Excellent written and verbal skills

·         Professional appearance

·         Detail oriented

·         Must be able work independently with minimal supervision

·         Must be multi-task oriented

·         Proven ability to work with people at all levels

·         Must be flexible and a team player and ability to work well in a
fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

·         Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop
clients via telephone or Emails presentations

·         Ability to excel in a goal oriented sales environment

·         Basic computer skills to include Excel, Word, MS Outlook and
PowerPoint


*Note:* Compensation plan includes a base salary, plus commission, Base
salary range is open, DOE and your book of business.
