This position will work with the all areas of the business to help identify relevant data points to be reported, provide requirements to the development team and ensure timely delivery of requirements as agreed to with the business. Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for performing analysis, design, testing, and documentation of enterprise reporting solutions. Will need to communicate directly with business and IT personnel. Must be able to work independently. • Strong business analysis skills, can analyze, design, and document processes. • Strong analytical and documentation skills. Past experience in documenting system flow and functionality. Experience using Visio. • Experience working with BI Tools such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, or OBIEE • Good verbal and written communication skills.
