Demonstrated experience with UNIX Systems (preferably Solaris, Linux, and HP-UX) and Enterprise Storage Technologies (preferably NAS) Experience with VMware ESX virtualization is preferred (preferably prior involvement on a project to move physical systems to virtual environments) Must be able to interact and speak with a wide variety of People, from Systems Administrators and Developers to Senior Leadership in IT and the Business. Minimum 3 years managing/leading IT complex, multi-project team projects, demonstrating solid Project Management capabilities Minimum 2 years gathering and documenting business requirements Minimum 2 years demonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business partners and Senior Technology Leadership.
