Perform the technical design, configuration and unit test of the Siebel application 2. Configure and script the application according to agency and industry standards 3. Meet with business owners to capture application requirements 4. Participate in integration, system, and performance testing as needed 5. Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing 6. Document and track resolution system issues 7. Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals 8. Escalate issues and provide status to the development lead *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* *Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.* 1. At least 4 years of Siebel experience 2. Hands-on experience with: a. Siebel Tools configuration b. eScript c. Workflow d. Relational Databases/SQL 3. Good understanding of the Siebel data model 4. Have excellent communication skills *DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* 1. Experience in Siebel Public Sector V8 2. Coordinate recommended solutions for performance and usability improvements 8. Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals 9. Coordinate transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the test and application support teams 10. Ensure that documentation standards are followed 11.
