Job: Technical Lead - Applications Development - .Net/ C#/ Crystal Reports Primary Location: US-TX-Dallas Organization: Private Equity Fund Services Job Type: Contract - 6+ Months Shift: Day Job Financial - Should have strong financial background Job Description: Our Client from Private Equity Fund Services seeks Hands-On Technical Lead with expertise with .Net, C# and Crystal Reports. Experience in multiple technologies including Visual Basic, VBA, ADO, ASP.Net, C#, SQL, .NET framework, Crystal Reports. Heavy emphasis on Crystal Reports development: . Quickly design Crystal Reports text-based and graphical reports based on report specifications identifying database tables/fields and report logic (includes creating parameters and formula fields in Crystal Reports XI and driver reports in Investran accounting platform) . Write moderately difficult SQL queries against the database tables and fields noted in the specifications . Fix Crystal Reports issues identified by users related to the design of the reports . Regularly report status of report development effort and maintain knowledge base of Crystal issues/workarounds . Working knowledge of Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) Private Equity product knowledge and Investran experience preferred. Financial reporting experience required.
