They have several old applications on Struts that they are looking to rearchitect on the grails platform This is a great oppty for someone to come in and demonstrate what it can do, the best way to do it and to mentor others throughout the team and organization. *Keys to the Job:* Signigicant experience with Grails Strong communication skills - ability to mentor others Needs to have some design and architecture experience as they will be recomending how to best setup Grails. Strong development skills with Java and needs to have at least 1-2 years with Groovy and Grails Strong SQL skills *Minimum Requirements:* Skill Required/Desirable Number of years of experience Expert knowledge of Java Required Expert Expert knowledge of SQL Required Expert Expert knowledge of GRAILS Web Framework, Spring, Hibernate Required Expert Expert in Web Development (SOA,HTTP, HTML, etc...)
