Job Title : Web Developer

RATE : $50/hr

Description:
An Interaction Designer has a passion for designing and developing easy-to-use,
consumer-friendly web interfaces. The Interaction Designer will be involved
from drafting design mockups and prototyping HTML to executing final design
through implementing code. A successful Interaction Designer is a critical
thinker with a good design sense, a strong technical background, and an eye for
making things better for our web users. Key responsibilities include:
• Help define the user interface, user scenarios and screen flows for new and
existing products and features to produce an engaging web experience
• Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Gauge the usability of new and existing products while making constructive
suggestions for change
Requirements:
Mobile experience not required on this one.
• Proficiency with Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash)
• Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based
interfaces
• Expert HTML skills
• Strong XHTML and CSS skills with working knowledge of AJAX
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes
• Strong visual design sense
• Experience with web standards and usability principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Any programming and usability testing experience is a plus
• Visual and graphic design experience is a huge plus
