Job Title: L2 CISCO Voice Support Engineer Work Location: Richfield, MN Duration: 1 year Assignment start date: ASAP Required Skills: * Knowledge of Cisco PBX Hardware architecture. * Hands on Experience with Cisco voice devices. * Good knowledge in IP Phone and voice mail (Unity) box administration. * Knowledge on Cisco Contact Center Platform. * Work experience in Cisco IPT Migration projects from Legacy PBXs like Nortel / Avaya. * The candidate must exhibit a good knowledge in Voice administration and Maintenance skills. * Very good understanding of VOIP Technologies. * Experience in IPT design/ Implementation/ Management/ Operations. * Good knowledge and use of VOIP Monitoring and Management Tools. * Knowledge of Avaya / Nortel voice system will be an added advantage. * Good understanding on ACD, Scripts and IVR terminologies and administration. * ITIL Foundation V2 or V3 Certified preferred. * Good knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP. * Experience with process improvement and the ability to document processes and procedures. * Ability to work with 3rd party vendors, OEMs and Product suppliers. * Knowledge on Contracts and SLAs. * Knowledge of MS Office, Visio & Projects.
