Someone with configuration experience in ServiceNow, especially for Service Request processing would be a plus. *Skills and Experience:* · Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes, specifically Service Request but preferably experience with all processes · Ability to work quickly to drive requirements through to execution · Ability to determine integration points between ITIL processes · Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions · Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements · Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization *Expectations*: · Develop and maintain project management documentation (Requirements, Communications, Testing, Training plans as needed) · Understand and document the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies related to your projects. · Propose solutions and report issue status to process teams or business units as applicable. · Work with project team and project sponsor to rationalize and prioritize requirements · Facilitate and drive requirement gathering sessions or backlog grooming with key business units, subject matter experts, vendors and/or development resources · Translate stakeholder needs into meaningful, usable, and high-quality technical requirements · Assist with determining resource requirements to successfully complete assigned projects · Serve as the development team representative during UAT for the purpose of clarifying the intended functional behavior of the software · Assist with the development and maintenance of QA, UAT and regression test plans · Assist in the development and continuous refinement of the Service Request management process, tools and standards · Assist with end user training efforts as related to assigned projects · Assist with the processing and prioritization of incoming IT requests as it relates to Service Request · Participate in the execution of project deliverable testing when needed · Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments · These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. · Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary *Thanks..* *Maneesh Kumar,* *Sriven Infosys Inc, Flushing, NY* *mane...@sriveninfosys.net* *Ph(W) : +1-732-835-0098* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle / Data Warehousing Developers / ETL" group.
