POSITION: Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) LOCATION: Irvine, CA DURATION: 12 to 36 Months MUST-HAVE SKILLS: ================= - Minimum 10 years IT experience - Technical background (i.e. technical degree and technical background such as developer or systems administrator) - Minimum 5 years BSA experience - Minimum 3 years in Lead positions of specifically BA/BSA teams - Demonstrated experience creating not only BRD's but also Technical Functional Specification Documents - Excellent communication skills - Experience not only with application development but also with enhancements to existing applications within a production or support environment preferred. DESCRIPTION: ============ Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA). This position is technical in that the BSA will not only be gathering and documenting requirements but will also be responsible for creating technical documentation such as data mappings for example. The BSA will break down the business requirements to technical information for programmers to comprehend and follow. You should be technical enough to recommend solutions to solve business problems. You will be involved with both new and existing applications. With regards to existing applications, you should be technical enough to conduct an impact analysis on requested changes and enhancements.
