I have a new req – Looking for Java developer with Adobe Flex experience.
Must have 2 years of Adobe Flex. Location is Austin, TX. 6 month contract
with extension.****

Minimum Requirements:****
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business or Computer field****
*3-5 years Java EE development experience*
*1-2 years Adobe Flex experience*
*1-2 years Web Services development*
*3+ years Proven experience in implementing complex integration
solutions*
*3+ years Knowledge of integration design and implementation best
practices*
*5 years In depth experience in building and debugging complex
WebSphere Integration Services Bus mediation including custom mediation
based on JEE/Java and XSLT/XPATH*
*5 years Experience in WebSphere Enterprise Solution Bus events,
problem determination, administration and performance tuning.*
*5 years Experience with the following WebSphere technology
adapters: JMS, JDBC, Text, File and SMTP*
*5 years Ablity to communicate effectively with audiences of varying
technical aptitudes*****

Preferences:****
*3-5 years Java EE development experience*
*3-5 years Adobe Flex experience*
*1-2 years SQL experience on an Oracle platform*
*2 years Knowledge of systems used to support the business of a T&D
organization, including outage management, CIS, automated metering,
distribution management systems*
*2 years PL/SQL, SVN, Eclipse, Java EE Web Services*
*2 years Agile development method*
