*Type of Contract: 18+ Months*

*Client is looking 10 + years only. And there must have Healthcare
experience  *

*Job Description:*

The associate will be responsible for planning and realizing process
improvements within the requirements area to improve quality and turnaround
time for deliverables supporting the implementation.

The improvements will be aligned with the migration roadmap to realize
change benefits while progressing on the implementation.



*Required Skills:                *

Must have extensive experience in requirements development and management
with expertise in industry standard requirements frameworks

and techniques.

Must have proven ability to effectively lead and influence actions across
cross-functional groups and organizations (cross-group collaboration and
leadership skills)

Must have proven excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills; this position requires the ability to use assertive, positive  and
effective communications skills (written and verbal) to market thoughts and
ideas, work effectively across multiple management levels upto the
executive level as necessary.

Must have a working knowledge of health care payer industry processes.

Must be customer oriented, and have strong negotiation skills.

Must have customer-focused attitude and ability to work proactively and
efficiently with appropriate urgency to meet client deadlines

Must be self-directed and motivated with strong analytical skills,
systematic and orderly planning abilities, and high attention to details

Ability to build strong relationships and drive alignment on difficult
topics

Background in business consulting is a plus."



*Desired Skills*

A background in the health insurance industry; experience with health
insurance

Facilitative skills in sensitive client environments; ability to gain
support for changes in long-standing delivery processes.

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment while
balancing competing priorities

Ability to build strong relationships and drive alignment on difficult
topics.
