* *** *Title: Oracle DBA*** *Location: Jersey City, NJ*** *Duration: 6-12 month contract*** * * * * *****MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE******** * *** *Description: *** *Main Function*** *This role is for a level 2 production support Oracle DBA who as part of a global team will provide on-site coverage during US hours and be part of a team to provide off-hour and weekend coverage. The role demands deep understanding or Oracle database technology and how to apply various tools to resolve production issues. It’s important to be able to resolve issues quickly under stressful circumstances. This production support role requires someone to follow proper change and incident management policies and ensure that production stability and resiliency is never compromised.
