6 +Months Contract
Currently seeking a senior network engineer to support the day to day
operations in Manassas, VA. The optimal candidate will be driven and need
little assistance. Some on-call work will be required. Please make sure
candidate is able to pass required background, drug, and comfortable with
being onsite at a hospital/ in patient rooms as necessary.*
*Top Skills:
*Avaya Telephony experience
5 years in networking role or
Cisco understanding
Wireless server experience
*In Addition: This candidate will need Desktop and Server experience*
*Additional Skills:
*Works with Cisco switches, router, Wireless APs and firewalls.
LAN\WAN internetwork administration, troubleshooting and monitoring.
Routing, switching, maintain network architecture, network designing,
deployment and planning.
Provide 24x7 network connectivity to the users.
Resolve tier 3 tickets that could not be resolved by the tier 1 and tier 2
support technicians.
Performing IOS firmware upgrade on all Cisco equipment in the network
infrastructure.
IPV4 subnetting, NAT, VLANS, STP and maintaining backups of all network
equipment configuration files.
Work with ISPs to maintain internet connectivity, administration and
modifications.
