TITLE: PROGRAMMER ANALYST LOCATION: MADISON, WI DURATION: 12 MONTHS INTERVIEW: PHONE THEN F2F *DESCRIPTION* Candidate must have strong programming experience in PowerBuilder and SQL Server. Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and support for a legacy client-server HR Personnel Management System that interfaces with an external payroll system. Work closely with the HR staff to thoroughly understand business process. Troubleshoot and support the HR Personnel Management system on a daily basis. Learn and follow all internal project management / system development methodologies. Keep personnel information confidential. Experience in converting client-server applications to web-based applications. DB2 and mainframe a plus for troubleshooting and understanding the payroll process. Programmer capabilities with advanced knowledge in PowerBuilder experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *QUALIFICATION and RATING* INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - DATABASES MICROSOFT SQL SERVER 2000, 2003 AND 2005 -à5+ Yrs.
