* * *Start Date:* ASAP *Duration:* 1 year with possible extension *Responsibilities*: · Analyze gaps by the reviewing of current business processes for efficiency and effectiveness; · Provide process mapping of the as-is and to-be states; · Refine the core project management methodology, strategies, tools and techniques; · Provide the best practices for the PMO; · Deploy IT Project governance; · Provide decision-making framework around Client's project methodology (ASAP); · Provide Project/Organizational Change Management (OCM) documentation organization and establishment in conjunction with existing PMO staff; · Establish the Project Management Office execution plan for the organization; · Guide district staff in project management responsibilities and project best practices, communication, status reporting, meeting management, risk/issue management, documentation management, escalation paths and Quality Assurance. *Requirements:* · Experience working as a Project Manager on the Enterprise-level (7+ years); · Experience opening and maintaining a Project Management Office (PMO); · Experience in Information Technology Project Management (5+ years); · PMP certified; · Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (preferred); · Experience working in Public Sector (preferred).
