*Senior Java Developer* *Dallas, TX* *12+ Months Contract* *Mode of Interview: Phone and F2F * Description: High-Level Job Description The Senior Java Developer will lead a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and implementing highly complex enterprise workforce software solutions. They will serve in a team leadership capacity offering technical advice to Java developers, planning and developing solution approaches for implementing major, complex integrated system projects. They will lead the definition of system solutions and developing the specifications from which Java developers can prepare the required programs. They will provide direction to entire technical team and apply advanced skills and concepts to oversee all key phases of a software development cycle. They will possess excellent understanding of business application, and work with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them.
