*JOB TITLE: PEOPLESOFT  ADMIN/DBA *

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6+ months contract

Experience : 8+  years



*Technical/Functional Skills                         *

•                Installation, configuration & Maintenance of PeopleSoft
instances on Oracle Database.

•                Sound knowledge on Oracle database migrations, backups and
recovery.





*Experience Required                        *

•                8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft as a DBA/Admin.

•                Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.

•                Full life cycle Application Upgrade experience from 8.x to
9.x.

•                Expertises in PeopleSoft upgrade approach (Tools and
Application upgrades).

•                Experience in PeopleSoft 9.x Upgrade project.

•                Experience in performance tuning of PeopleSoft
installations.

•                Experience in troubleshooting skills and be able to
troubleshoot issues with PeopleSoft upgrade steps, Application Engine,
SQR,  SQLs, People Code and Oracle database.



*Roles & Responsibilities*

•                Configuring PeopleSoft Change Assistant and configure
templates required for tools/application upgrade.

•                Analyze the patches and apply them at appropriate steps
during upgrades

•                Should be able to handle the upgrade activity from Initial
Pass to final move to production alone

•                Work with Technical, Functional and infrastructure team
from onsite and offshore.

•                Supporting performance testing activity as and when
required.



*Generic Managerial Skills*

•                Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills



*Education*

•                Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology or related field

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6+ months contract

•                Expert knowledge and work experience in Base Benefits and
Administration modules.

•                Solid understanding of Functional configuration/setup
tables in Base Benefits and Administration and integration of all modules.





*Experience Required                        *

•                Minimum of 8 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft.

•                Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.

•                Atleast one end to end Upgrade/Re-implementation
experience.



*Roles & Responsibilities                 *

•                Strong skills in gathering and documenting business
requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and
Preparing Functional Design Documents.

•                Performs functional design on integrations, reports,
workflow and extensions/customizations.

•                Performs configuration and setups

•                Ensures deliverables are tracked and delivered to the
project schedule.

•                Act as Subject Matter Expert in Base Benefits and
Administration modules.

•                Well versed with PeopleSoft Upgrade/ Re-Implementation
Methodology

tables in Core HR integration of all modules.



*Experience Required                        *

•                Minimum of 8 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft.

•                Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2.

•                Atleast one end to end Upgrade/Re-implementation
experience.
