*ORACLE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR Type: 12 month contract Location:

*DESCRIPTION:*
This role performs advanced administration and development based
integration in support of Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Identity
Analytics. This is a role which does normally engage in advanced
development activity and development level support. This role has a high
level of implied administrative access which could potentially be exploited
and therefore it is strongly recommended that the role should be governed
by a security oriented organization within the enterprise.
Operational Administration and enhancement of the Oracle Identity Manager
and Oracle Identity Analytics deployment, support of application
integration and customization components as well as advanced developer
level technology support for application integration and access
provisioning.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*:
-Tier three support for issues related to operation of OIM / OIA. (40%)
-Development and support of Access Models, Enterprise and Exception Roles
(30%)
-Development, cloning, customization, configuration and integration of new
and/or existing connectors for the purpose of adding new applications (20%)
-Standard business status reporting and procedural overhead (10%)
*REQUIREMENTS:*
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks
- Expert level understanding of LDAP concepts and operation, Active
Directory specifically
- Extensive experience in the administration of Role Based Identity and
Access Management solutions
- Advanced understanding of and ability to develop Application Access
Models
- Advanced understanding of and ability to develop Enterprise and Exception
Roles
- Extensive experience administrating and customizing Oracle Identity
Manager integrated with Oracle Identity Analytics
- Experience designing and developing custom process and approval workflows
- Extensive experience with data formatting and import processes using XML,
CSV and various other file formats
- Advanced identity management oriented Java development experience
including advanced development using JAAS, JNDI, JDBC, and other identity
related Java extensions
- Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services experience including
design, interpretation, revision and advanced extension of WSDLs and -
underlying services
- Expert level experience with application servers including WebSphere and
the various management, configuration, packaging and deployment processes
associated with application server based platforms is preferred
