Position : *IT Recruiters* Job Location : *Hightech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad* Timings : *EST Timings USA ( 6.30PM to 3.30AM IST)* Salary : *Excellent Salary + Commission* *Position Details* - 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical IT Recruitment. - Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals (Monster, Naukri), Data Bank, Personal Network, Employee Referrals. - In-depth understanding of the IT skills and source candidates according to the requirement. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in hiring junior level to senior management level. - To be responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time, negotiation with applicants and extend offers. - To work with the Business-Heads and line managers for fulfilling timely resource requirements through external hiring of resources. - To plan and strategize all the recruitment activities within defined time frames. - To develop and implement recruitment strategies. - To maintain MIS reports. - Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team. - A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
