Not looking for BA type resources to do configuration , this person has to be on the development side. Someone that can do code or enhancements that are needed within the system. People who know java would be helpful, but the net suite would be most important. They have a lot of work that needs to be done and new projects coming down the pipeline. Existing team structure – 10 employees and lots of contractors. About 5-7 people who are supporting specifically the NetSuite piece. The system was implemented in July, so now they are doing phase 2 – updates, things that were missed, etc. Open to contract or contract to hire. They have lots of work to do and a lot of projects coming down the pipeline. She is building up this team, so she is open to any level. Willing to start with someone who is fresh and will train them, or will take someone with a lot of experience (so this is not necessarily a senior role).
