Any experience working with offshore team would be plus too. *Mandatory Requirements* · 8+ years of Business Analyst Experience · *2+ years of recent experience working on Web Portal projects, involving User Interface Design and other Technical Components* · *Strong experience leading Stakeholder interviews, and driving workshops* · *1+ year experience creating Screen Mock Up Designs for Public Facing Web User Interfaces* · Exceptional Communication skills (verbal and written) *(Writing Samples may be required)* *Desired Requirements* · Understanding of Web Design / Browsers · Experience with Responsive Websites · Experience with E-Commerce Websites *Responsibilities* 1. Setting up and leading Stakeholders interviews and requirements workshops to elicit requirements 2. Creating requirements documents such as Scope Matrix, BRD, FSDs, Business process flows 3. Working with the user experience and technology teams in ensuring that the user experience and technology design is capable of delivering the client business objectives 4. Coordinating with the offshore team (Tech/QA) in providing functionality overview, resolving and questions and clarifications, and ensuring that the offshore team has strong knowledge of the client objectives, features and functionalities 5.
