SAP CRM Functional Analyst Northridge, CA 6+ Month Contract *upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* Role Summary: This primary responsibility of this position will be to support the build/test phase of an SAP CRM CIC implementation project. The scope of the project is to deploy current custom SAP system functionality into SAP CRM Interaction Center for customer support / complaint handling with integration to back-end ERP ECC system. The requirement is for a Hands-On functional expert, experienced and capable of performing configuration for assigned process areas.
