*Please find the below requirement and respond back to me at prav...@klntekmail.com <prav...@klntekmail.com> * *Position: Project Manager (Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Process Coach)* *Location: Detroit, MI* *Duration: 6+ months * The Agile and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Process Coach will participate in the development and execution of strategies to drive Agile and Lean adoption throughout the Global Connected Consumer organization. They will participate in completing transformation-related items in the Agile Coaching Office Product Backlog. Examples include assisting in the definition of an Agile maturity model, establishing a Continuous Improvement Framework, teaching Agile related practices and guiding teams in the establishment of reports and Key Performance Indicators. As an Agile and SDLC Process Coach, this individual may be assigned to one or more programs or software development teams at a time and will be coaching the members of multiple teams on all aspects of Agile and Lean practices adoption, as well as providing guidance on internal SDLC processes. Examples include guiding a program or team in identification of the milestones and artifacts required by our SDLC framework, assessing the appropriateness of Agile or other Lean practices for a particular program or team, establishing the use of Kanban boards and ceremonies, establishing and grooming a good Product Backlog, coaching or facilitating meetings such as iteration planning or retrospectives, and maintaining release and sprint burn-downs – all with the objective of developing these skills in our organization. *Key Responsibilities* • Act in a coaching capacity for more than one team with a focus on guiding the team members toward improving the way they work and developing competencies in others. • Act as the agent of change. The coach will constantly seek ways to support the Agile / Lean enablement effort and continuously drive toward ever-increasing Agile maturity. • Help members of program or development team to apply practices in the context of their specific project. • Instruct others in the facilitation of sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos • Provide guidance to assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed • Ensure cross-team coordination • Reach out to the larger company network for impediment removal • Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing • Coach and mentor other scrum masters and Agile/Lean Practitioners. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams. • Liaise between the developers and/or architects to foster better communication between the disciplines. • Assist project manager and program managers when necessary for taking responsibility of managing dependencies between our teams and third parties or between our teams and other teams. • Strengthen the presence of the Agile Coaching Office team as an Agile center of excellence. Actively contribute to the company’s Agile Community. • Keep the rest of the company network aware of our activities. • Function as an SME in our SDLC framework in order to be able to perform as a PMO representative to the program teams • Analyze, report on, and implement continuous process improvements. • Maintain standard deliverable formats and project templates. • Reorganize and maintain SharePoint repositories. • Develop and document processes and procedures. *Required Skills and Experience* • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience • Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years of Agile experience, and 2 years of Agile Coaching experience • 2 years of experience coaching teams to use Kanban and other Lean principles • Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies • Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types • Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. • Ability to understand technical issues • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential • Collaborative approach to decision-making on teams • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail • A willingness to travel *Additional Skills Preferred*: • Experience as a Project Manager especially in an Agile environment • Experience with Extreme Programming (XP), and other Agile engineering practices is a plus • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills. • Experience conducting stand-up training • Experience developing training materials • Experience leading organizational change management • Experience designing and deploying methodologies in many types of organizations *Education/Certification* • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience required • Master’s Degree in discipline preferred • Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, Prod - *Thanks & regards* *Praveen Kumar* *Sr. Lead Recruiter & Sales* *KLN**tek* 324 E.
