*Position: QA Tester/Analyst (Resumes without Trading/brokerage Exp are not considered)* Location: NYC Duration: 12months+ Team Description:The Electronic Merchandising team is responsible for the design, development, and support of systems to enable sales traders to match buyers and sellers of listed equity securities. The system is comprised of a GUI written in Java/C# connecting to middle tier services written in Java and C++. The application is used by 200+ sales traders within the US and by sales traders in Europe and Asia as well. *Brief Requirement Synopsis:* Job Responsibilities: • Analyze business and system requirements and translate into test objectives • Ability to perform functional, integration, and regression testing and to accurately evaluate and document the results. • Record and execute tests for both manual and automated scenarios. Accurately report defects, including detailed recreation steps • Ability Work with team to troubleshoot problems.
