*Description* :


As part of the Sales & Business Development Team, this individual will
interact with the client on the prospects over the phone as well as
through written correspondence, requiring an understanding of each
prospect's unique business drivers and consequently be able to adapt
the Universal Software value proposition to each situation. The sales
manager would be responsible for the account management of all our H1b
consultants. This position will be expected to work with other
departments to meet sales objectives.

*Responsibilities* :
�侵nvolved in complete life *cycle of sales (H1B marketing) process*.
(US to US)
�俘esponsible for *getting new leads/requirements* and maintaining
existing clients to enhance business relations.
�亮enerate requirements from new clients and existing clients.
�俗nderstand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the
suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location
preferences from the available pool of resources.
�俏egotiate the rates with the clients and candidates.
�俑ake timely submissions and provide all the information to the vendor
which is required for making an end client submission.
�亭ollow up with the vendors on the progress of the submittals made.
�保rient the candidates if any end client interview is arranged for
them.
 of a�俏egotiate with the vendors on any unacceptable terms and clauses
contract like payment terms, invoicing frequency, termination clause,
non solicitation clause etc.
�削irect *Develop few clients /Tier 1 Vendors*  etc.
�咨ier 1 Knowledge of accounts like InfoTech Consulting, Kforce,
 things�亭ollow up with the candidates on timesheets and various other
once they join the project. This also helps in maintaining the
relationships with the candidates.
�信ands on experience of recruitment process both in terms of W-2 and
1099 or corp to corp candidates.
 etc�亮eneration of leads from Job portals like Dice, Monster, Net
Temps and other sources for *fresh H1B filings and H1B transfers* .
�信elp the recruiting team in short listing the prospective fresh
filings and H1B transfer candidates.
