Analyzes functional problems and determines techniques and requirements most feasible for processing the data and fulfilling the requirement. Prepares definition of functional problems and makes recommendations on solutions. Develops specs for analytical Cognos reports. Experience in working with regulatory reporting required. In depth business knowledge of Insurance - personal lines is needed to translate regulatory requirements into functional reporting specifications.
