Title: InQuira Developer Location: Reston, Virginia Contract Duration: 3 months + *Minimum Requirements:** * MUST BE US CITIZEN or GREEN CARD Holder. Expertise in design and development of websites using InQuira software Expertise in installation and configuration of InQuira software for a website implementation Expertise in development and installation of content management and search softwares for websites as well as development of dynamic website functionalities Expert CSS and Tomcat skills Expert JAVA development skills in the context of an InQuira website implementation Experience writing PL/SQL and stored procedures Knowledge of integration of InQuira with Oracle databases and UNIX/Linux platforms Experience using Clearcase and CVS Working knowledge of WebServices Excellent unit testing and defect resolution skills *Description: * * * Developer will be responsible for Analysis, Design, Coding and Unit Testing and resolving testing defects across all testing cycles of an InQuira Information Manager, Search and Analytics implementation. Focus of work will center around the development of new websites or technical enhancements to existing websites. Construction tasks are the focus of responsibilities which also include documenting designs, coding and code reviews. *Responsibilities: * * * Lead and develop new websites and enhance functionality as needed using the InQuira software Develop wesbite components and be involved in analysis, design, development, and testing. Promote technical recommendations clearly and in a manner that ensures proper understanding by both business and technical staff. Ensure team/self develop and/or follow strict corporate and industry best practices development processes for InQuira and website implementations. Document high level and detailed level designs. Collaborate with other groups to identify upstream/downstream changes as needed Create new and/or where appropriate follow existing design patterns. Host detailed code walkthroughs with internal and external developers, testers, business team, and management.
