Candidates should have 9+ years of total experience and in addition to very strong design skills, they should be systems developers as well. They do not have to be local but must have excellent communication skills. I have the following new requirement. Title: Silverlight Designer/Developer Skills: Designer/Developer - C#, Silverlight, Expression Blend Person will be designing and developing front end user interfaces - looking for someone w/systems development experience but an eye for design - not just cookie cutter. MS SQL database backend, will interface w/portals, standalone apps, ASP pages.
