Work Description: Candidate should be well-experienced in the SAP HR module to primarily support US Payroll Tax & Year End and provide secondary support to Operations, including proficiency with troubleshooting issues and debugging skills. He/she should also be comfortable with configuration of the payroll schema, wage types, process models, remuneration statements and garnishments. Extensive knowledge of IT0221's and ability to write detailed conceptual designs are also required. Candidate should be able to update/maintain tax tables and tax models, possess an understanding of how US taxes are calculated, have thorough knowledge of BSI Tax Factory, Tax Reporter and capacity to support Year End Tax activities (W2, 1099R, 1042S). Location: Houston.
