They want someone that is very creative and detail oriented.
Someone that can look at screens and do visual design.
This is a high visability site that will go out to outside clients.
Candidate needs to be iterative.
Needs to be strong with AJAX, JavaScript, UI, XHTML, CSS, and Adobe.
Should also have some Photoshop and flex. Silverlight is a huge plus.
*Minimum Requirements:*
- Experience delivering simple, clean user interfaces using a variety of
front-end technologies - Ajax (jQuery, Prototype, your favorite), Flex,
Struts2, Silverlight.

A desire to learn new skills and technologies, and the ability to pick
them up easily
- Experience building scalable and efficient front-end systems;
optimized for large datasets and high user volumes
- Ability to design and deliver innovative data visualizations from
complex datasets
- Experience sketching, creating interaction flows, discovering usage
patterns, and rapid prototyping
- Ability to create visual UI designs that embody product and brand
initiatives including screen layouts, color palettes, typography and user
interface elements
- Deep understanding of object-oriented and event-driven development as
it applies to UI engineering
- Thorough knowledge of web standards, such as HTTP, XHTML, JavaScript,
DOM, and CSS, and proficiency with Adobe CS4 suite
- Flexible, team-player willing to work with minimal direction and
continually changing priorities
