*POSITION: Systems Application Analyst* *Location: **Columbia**, SC*** *Duration: 6 months* * * * * *Job Description: * Provide application design and expertise to assist agencies in managing and making the necessary modifications to their legacy systems in order to meet the SCEIS interface and conversion requirements. Including providing assistance in developing data, processes, procedures and functionality affected by these interfaces and conversions. Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of developers dedicated to assisting agencies with their legacy applications development and modification. Assist the SCEIS technical interface team by acting as a key liason between the SCEIS team and the agencies Provide project management services as necessary to assist in the coordination of agency activities related to the implementation of the interface and conversions. *Skills Required: * 10+ years experience in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years as a Systems or Applications Analyst. (Governmental experience is a plus) Working knowledge of a variety of IT environments is a plus. Ability to plan, organize and review work of technical professionals Ability to effectively communicate in a variety of forums, both written and oral.
