- Need a Sr. Project Manager with at least 6+ years of experience.
- Need to have experience leading teams and delegating responsibilities.
- Needs to have SDLC background.
- Need to have project management knowledge.
- As a consultant would have to interface with the external clients and
customers, hence need to have good client interfacing, requirement gathering
and analyzing skills and would need to convey the same to the development
teams.
- Need to have either previous development experience or very good
knowledge of software development languages like C++ and Java.
- Need to have excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
