*PROJECT DETAILS:*
*The customer has requested to provide the following services to support
RCIF application migration performance testing:*
- Review, maintain and execute the current/existing *CMI/RCIF* test plan
and participate in weekly status calls.
- Assist in formation of the *customer’s PMO (Project Management
Office)*in preparation of conversion weekend.
- Provide *diagnostic tools and reporting support* for mainframe
components.
- Ensure quick turnaround of *diagnostic reporting for mainframe*components.
- Advise on *"best practices".*
*Participate in the following testing events to help validate the customer’s
migration plan and help to ensure PMO operates smoothly:*
- Mock I target 7/20
- Mock II target 8/15
- Dress Rehearsal target 9/11
Provide onsite testing during conversion (targeted for 10/18/09) weekend to
serve the customer PMO.
Work must be done on site.
