Job Title: *System Analyst* with *SAS Exp*
Location: *Jacksonville**, FL** – Should be Very Nearer to FL*
Duration: *6 Months*
Rate: *$36/hr*
*GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION: *
- Provide technical and marketing expertise to maintain marketing
business rules engine and related systems, documentation and procedures
- Work with campaign managers and other business customers to understand
the objectives of the message(s) to be delivered.
- Understand all message delivery channels and what accompanying data is
required to deliver messages through each channel.
- Proactively collaborate with Information Management and other IT areas
to determine business requirements/objectives.
- Prepare initial business rule descriptions and pseudo-code that will be
used in the construction of business rules that control targeted message
delivery through multiple marketing channels and internal systems.
- Ensure internal systems infrastructure is in place to control the
delivery of targeted message (e.g. Keycode Database, Siebel)
- Validate and test business rule implementation and results from all
related systems
- Identify and prepare data, store results and maintain rules over time.
- Identify, research and develop technical alternatives to enhance system
capabilities
- Identify and develop system automation processes that increase the
efficiency of campaigns and message delivery.
- Develop reports and presentations documenting analyses and ensuring
that key stakeholders understand the business implications for those
analyses.
