*JOB DESCRIPTION: *
- Coordinate and track the global deployment of Oracle application
software to predominantly Windows PC's.
- Work with global desktop team and associated service providers to
deploy software to managed workstation.
- Identify and work with other global representatives to deploy software
to workstations that are not centrally managed.
- Coordinate deployment of software to both user workstations as well as
Citrix server farm.
- Coordinate and participate in testing of applications using a variety
of connectivity methods from around the world.
- Coordinate and conduct status meetings and prepare detailed status
reports tracking project progress.
- Identify and document structured test scenarios for all application
- Assist with all technical tasks required to ensure project success
(management as well as hands on activity)
*SKILLS REQUIRED: *
- Excellent technical project coordination and leadership skills
- High level understanding of software packaging and deployment
- Windows XP and Vista, Linux
- IE / Firefox Configuration
- Software conflict resolution
- User authentication
- Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 5-7
