Experience working with hardware and software vendors to escalate and resolve problems quickly. Experience with Disaster Recovery concepts and processes. Familiarity with common practices and processes for securing and patching Unix an Wintel environments. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and provide on-call support required.
