NY city * * *Job Qualifications: **Required Qualifications: * - 3+ years experience using People Security to create profiles, establish user-ids, and reset passwords - 3+ years experience using ACF2 or other mainframe security to create security profiles, establishing user-ids, and resetting passwords - *5+ *years of hands-on, in-depth knowledge of HR, Benefits, Pension, Payroll, and Labor Relations business processes (knowledge of Civil service and government HR a plus). - *5+ *years experience working on an enterprise wide project in a large scale environment. - *5+ *years hands-on, in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft methodology and PeopleSoft HRMS functionality - *5+ *years supervising a team of 4 or more data processing professionals, preferable in a software security capacity - Understanding of PeopleSoft underlying technology including People Code, People Tools, People Security, People Database, Application Engine, Component Interface etc. (hands-on, in-depth knowledge required). - Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Experience in a mainframe environment utilizing the following: TSO, ISPF, and JCL. - Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation and conflict management. Strong oral and written communications including high-end presentation skills.
