Tivoli Storage Manager ========================== 1) Must have solid implementation and administration experience with Tivoli Storage Manager. 2) System administration background for all major AIX, UNIX and Windows NT operating systems is required Profile: Level-2 TSM Administration experience with Strong Netbackup Exposure Skills: TSM Level 2 / 3 Certifications: TSM Client Environment: High End Data Center, Storage Environment, utilizing Replication across Datacenter Key skills required: 1) TSM Administration (MUST) Netbackup 6.x VCCS 2) Facilitate contact with customers to ensure that their expectations are understood and met Advise customers on alternatives to effectively target business needs and opportunities 3) Respond to information requests within own area of expertise Provide 3rd level production support for Enterprise Backup Solution Requirements: 1) Typically 5 or more years of direct relevant experience Experienced with identifying and organizing potential problems solvers both within and outside own area, and gaining agreement on the problem solving process, risk assessment, decision point, and criteria. 2) Expert knowledge and understanding in use of systems, hardware, software, and tools required. 3) Extensive experience consulting with customers, peers, and teams. 4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5) Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs. 6) 4 yr degree or equivalent experience 7) Demonstrated strategic planning, project management and facilitation skills Proven leadership, time management and negotiating skills highly effective in working with and mentoring junior team members. ============== DURATION : 6 MONTHS LOCATION : DELAWARE Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
