-Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in *Oracle 11i
Applications* environment.

-Candidate must have worked in *Oracle* *11i HRMS* Applications including
Oracle Self Service and Oracle Compensation Work bench (OCW) modules.

-Should have very strong functional and technical skills in implementing the
Compensation work bench module.

-Should have experience in using Oracle Personalizations.

-Must have strong communication, listening and presentation skills.

-Candidate must have the ability to understand the *HR business* processes
and implement them using OCW.

-Candidate should have skill in using various tools like *PL/SQL, SQL*Plus*,
Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, Discoverer, *XML* Publisher, Application
Object Library, *Oracle APIs*, *OA Framework*.

-Should be a team player who can work in a collaborative environment.

-Candidate should be very techno-functional and should document every
process in Oracle Compensation workbench.

-Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

-Candidate must have the Oracle Workflow skills and should be able to use
the tool where it required.

-Must have very good documentation skills.

This individual will analyze requirements and write functional, technical,
and design specifications for Oracle 11i HR/OCW Applications.
Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing Oracle Compensation
Workbench application (a part of Oracle 11i HRMS suite), providing the
subsequent technical support, supporting and enhancing HR
processes/workflows, troubleshooting complex problems in relation to systems
requirements, etc.
