Requirement: **Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. **Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. **Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. **The Business/Financial Analyst is an experienced professional that will help create a financial model to estimate and track IT project costs. **Perform financial analysis and assist in IT forecasting (financial & workload) improvement projects. Working within a large Accounting environment and being self-directed, this individual will interpret and report data so the organization can make sound financial decisions. **Develop new forecasting tools and reports, recommend course of action and assist in implementation of some of the directives under that process. **Experience with creating a financial model, forecasting process improvement and interacting with all levels of employee's required. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, SQL, JAVA and Visual Basic. The individual must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics or related field.
