SAP HR Payroll ===================== This person would be primarily developing the FDDS and they really need to understand SAP and the processes within the HR modules to write these requirements. Dimension & Scope: Reports to the Technical Manager This individual will document the detailed specifications for Forms and Fulfillment requirements. This person does not have staff management responsibilities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Works with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts to clarify ambiguity in functional specs. 2) Develops and thoroughly documents fulfillment specifications describing Inbound/Outbound fulfillment generation from SAP 3) Works with overall IT teams to build efficient and concise processes. 4) Ensures development work is properly tested. 5) Ability to work collaboratively across project teams. 6) Ability to plan and organize development work and deliverables. 7) Ability to challenge/clarify requirements for development work to allow for a simpler, more standard solution. 8) Driven to minimize customization effort and pushing to leverage standard SAP functionality. 9) Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical detective work. 10) Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. 11) Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. =================== DURATION: 6 MONTHS LOCATION: FLORIDA Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
