Title: Flash Developer Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension. Location: Orlando The Flash Developer will be working to create new architectures and websites, update existing websites, and create Flash-related standards. This candidate should excel in all components of the Flash development skill set, as well as the Web Development skill set including: HTML, DHTML, CSS, AJAX, Tea template integration with the Content Management System, slicing layered Photoshop files, site maintenance and troubleshooting. The Flash Developer must be able to lead technical development of small projects and be a good communicator. Candidates for this position are also expected to constantly improve production delivery techniques, and the ability to help standardize that process and improve upon it. The Flash Developer is called upon to develop new Flash-based technologies for planned or existing sites, and to integrate technology into these sites. This candidate should have exceptional technical skills, proven people and team management skills and communication skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Architecture, Design, and Development · Project Leadership · Unit and System Testing · Analysis and Documentation QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION Expert knowledge of ActionScript 3.0, Flash, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team Flash platform Architect Experience drafting requirements and functional specifications Extensive structured programming experience Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Experience with leading geographically separated projects and teams is a plus SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED 2-3 years experience in creating fully Flash-based sites 2-3 years of Object Oriented ActionScript experience Solid working experience with the latest Flash and related technologies: MX, Flex, Remoting, etc. 2-3 years of experience as a project lead/team lead 2-3 years of experience in using, embedding, and manipulating external data within Flash (XML, RSS, etc.) 2-3 years experience in working with and creating dynamically generated variable SWF files Expert experience in documenting Flash functionality Experience in manipulating image files for use in Flash, with image optimization 2-3 years experience working with Audio assets within flash, related to ActionScript events/user interactions Experience in working with Content Management Systems in relation to Flash Strong experience in bandwidth optimization of SWFs and related assets OPTIONAL: Design/Animation skills PV3D AIR Flex SWF optimization Analytics BlazeDS MVC Share this opportunity!!!!
