QA Test Manager ========================= 1) Should have worked on Rational suites of products in automation, requirement management, performance testing 2) Plans and manages testing effort for medium to large projects through the various stages of the development life cycle. 3) Works closely with business owners, development teams and project management throughout the development lifecycle to improve overall product quality. 4) Designs testing approach, scope, entry and exit criteria, identifies risks and dependencies, and design test cases for large testing efforts. 5) Mentors team in testing methodologies and test case design and reuse. 6) Establishes, modifies, moves and/or manages test data for various testing scenarios and platforms. 7) Leads estimation and Master Test Plan Development for medium to large testing efforts. 8) Participates in and leads, as appropriate, project activities including demos, test team meetings, feedback sessions, and technical training. 9) Ensures a quality end product by conducting appropriate testing effort based on design and risk. 10) Accountable for communicating with all project participants regarding testing status, including schedule, risks, issues, and potential impacts. 11) Maintains and consistently demonstrates a detailed knowledge of new technologies, testing practices and methodologies. 12) Assists in setup, upgrade, testing and administration of tools used by the testing team. 13) Designs, modifies, implements and executes manual and automated test scripts. 14) Reviews testing methodologies, models and processes to assure continuous improvement. ================ DURATION: 6 MONTHS LOCATION: NEW YORK Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
