*Location:* Sanantonio, CA *Duration:* 6 Months *Need 8-9 Years exp.* *Description* 1) Requirements Gathering - Conducts meetings with business owners and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. 2) Functional Planning - Works closely with business owners to define appropriate business rules and detailed Use Cases. 3) Program Analysis - Defines and documents the scope of a program, and identify program goals and objectives. 4) Design Support - Works with Information Architects and Technical Leads to assist in User Interface design, functional rule definition, Usability studies, and system design. 5) Project and Program Management -Leads project and program initiatives and ensures compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements. 6) Maintains and communicates status to all stakeholders of project/program roadmaps. 7) Provides 'thought leadership' in solving business and technology problems and proposes strategic recommendations to maintain innovative and competitive advantage. 8) Works with cross functional teams to drive the implementation of new features as well as to resolve operational issues. 9) Works with development team to obtain cost estimates and to provide issue and risk identification 10) Provides direction and input into technical designs to ensure solutions developed are consistent with strategic business and technical roadmaps.
