? 8+ years industry experience developing and supporting large web
applications using various tools and technologies
? 4-8 years experience in IT/OO design/development/architecture with
Java design and development Strong interpersonal and communications skills *

? Experience working in a team environment using Scrum or agile
development methodologies along with paired programming
? Experience leading teams through development projects. Strong
interpersonal, influencing and communications skills
*Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills -*
? Must have Websphere Portal Experience,
? Experience with open source development tools, e.g. Subversion,
Maven, CruiseControl, ANT
? Experience with SOA and Enterprise Service Bus
? Experience developing solutions that are JSR 168/286 and WSRP
compliant
? Experience developing solutions for SOAP/Web Services/WS-I.
? Experience with Oracle database products and database design.
? Experience with Web Application Security and Single Sign-On
technologies.
? Experience using Rational Application Developer or Eclipse
development environments; Borland Together or other Design tools
? Experience developing solutions using Test Driven Development and
Paired Programming
